Visiting the website
Your browser requests pages, images, videos and 3D files from the website’s hosting service. Like other web requests, these requests involve an IP address, the requested address, time and browser request information. Hosting and delivery services may process request logs for delivery, reliability and security. This is separate from the island experience’s local settings.
The island experience does not contain advertising trackers, a third-party visitor analytics script, social media embeds or a sign-in system. Charts and dashboards inside the islands are illustrations of capabilities, not measurements of your activity.
Browser storage and cookies
The website’s application code does not set tracking cookies. It uses session storage to remember a journey choice, your reduced-motion choice, and information needed to restore the page if you select Retry. These values remain in your current browser tab’s session; they are not submitted as an activity report.
Recovery information can include the selected island or service, the camera view, visit navigation and the reader’s scroll position. It does not contain an email message or contact form submission. Your browser may retain a tab’s session when restoring tabs.
You can clear these settings below or in your browser settings. The button also removes this website’s saved preferences from older versions that used persistent local storage. It does not clear other websites’ data. Clearing a choice does not prevent you from making a new choice later.
The current website has no optional advertising or analytics cookies to accept. If those features are added, this policy and any necessary choices must change before they are used.
When you contact us
Email and phone links open your chosen email or calling application. The website does not submit a contact form in the background. If you send an email, call, or share details about a project, the information you choose to provide is used to respond and discuss your request. Your email, telephone and communication providers also process that communication under their own terms.
Please share only the information needed for the initial discussion. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records through an initial enquiry.

You can read the ordinary service pages without entering the 3D world, and you can use the Reduced motion control in the world menu. Browser controls can also restrict storage.
