FROM AN IDEA TO A BRIEF

Make the product goal concrete.

What to bring to the conversation

  • Who will use the software, and what must it help them do?
  • What exists already, and which systems need to connect?
  • What is essential for the first release?

A possible project path

  1. Clarify the users, requirements and first-release scope.
  2. Prototype, build and test the important user journeys.
  3. Prepare the release and agree how it will be maintained.

We’ll agree the scope, deliverables and timing with you.
